The homes are located on W Calle Lecho (2 homes), S Calle Montanosa (10), S Camino Del Sol (8), S La Canada Dr (6), W Mission Twin Buttes Rd (25), W Paseo Bolsa (8), W Paseo Santa Isabel (12) and W Quail Drive (8).
 
The Foothills does NOT have an HOA and it is Non-Age Restricted. The private lots with mature desert landscaping range in size from 1.0 to 4.9 acres, with the average lot size being 2.82 acres.
 
The home sizes in The Foothills range from approximately 1,483 sf to 6,275 sf, with the average home size being 3,092 sf. Spectacular mountain views and wildlife abound in the Foothills. Some of the homes have RV garages and/or extra garage/shop space for all of your toys or hobbies.

Many of the properties have GVR (Green Valley Recreation), but it was NOT a deed restriction requirement on the entire subdivision.
